In the heart of Val di Fiemme, the holiday home is in Panchià, a traditional Alpine village between Tesero and Ziano di Fiemme, at 980 metres above sea level. The Avisio and Rio Bianco streams flow through the village, home to the Ponte Vecchio, a covered wooden bridge from 1903, and the church of San Valentino, whose origins date back to 1190.
In summer you can hike from Val Cavelonte to the Pecio del Cuco and ride the cycle paths along the Avisio. In winter Alpe Cermis and the Lago di Tesero cross-country centre are very close.
The house
Created from a carefully restored old hayloft, the house keeps its original Trentino style, with wooden beams and panelling and a rustic atmosphere. The dining area has a large table with traditional benches, perfect for convivial dinners. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a handy guest bathroom next to it. The large lounge, with sofa, TV and a second table, is ideal for relaxing and playing games, and a quiet, bright study corner is perfect for reading or working.
Sleeping area
The first bedroom has a double bed and a bunk bed, the second a double bed. The main bathroom has a WC, bidet and a large bathtub.
Next to the house there is also the Antico Fienile Studio, with kitchenette, double bed and private bathroom: it can be booked together for larger families.
A grocery shop, bar, pastry shop, theatre and library are a short walk away. The house suits couples, families and extended groups looking for tradition, nature and comfort.
